Hitting, Pitching and Strength Training at Adrenaline Sports Center
Boyceball Baseball Training has put together a certified training staff to offer skills, strength, speed and agility training at our new facility (Adrenaline Sports Center) in Coon Rapids. Baseball Players can participate in these 90 minute training sessions from January through March. Each Player will receive 9 total hours of training per camp and can register for more than one camp, registrations will be limited.
Group training stations:
40 minutes of Baseball specific skills training
Hitting:
- Breakdown of swing mechanics
- Tee / soft toss / live hitting stations
- Power training stations (impact bags and power balls)
- Fielding mechanics (proper footwork)
- One on one video swing analysis
- Player evaluations at conclusion of camps
Pitching:
- Breakdown of pitching mechanics
- General throwing fundamentals
- Throwing / pitching drills
- One on One video analysis
- Arm care and conditioning
- Player evaluations at conclusion of camps
40 minutes of Baseball Strength, speed, and agility
- Plyometric and fielding agility drills
- Power and leg conditioning drills
- Core, back, and hip strength drills
- Base running speed drills
- Baseball specific agility drills
- Cardio conditioning
Camp Dates
Winter Camp:
Monday’s (January 7 – February 11)
Hitting 5:45 - 7:15pm
Pitching 7:30-9:00pm
Spring Camp:
Monday’s (February 25 – April 1)
Pitching 5:45 - 7:15pm
Hitting 7:30 - 9:00pm

$175 per player (Open to all ages)
