Trophies will be given for 1,2,3rd places for up to 12 players and one large team trophy will be awarded to the champions in each division.

Entry Fee Refunds:

If the tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather prior to the start of the tournament each team will receive a full refund, less $85.00 to cover administrative costs. If a tournament is cancelled once tournament play has begun, refunds will be granted based upon the schedule below. Any game that has started is considered to be a full game for refund purposes.

1 game played, refund = $175

2 or more games played, refund = $0

Withdrawal Policy:

*If you withdraw from tournament prior to April 30th a full refund will be issued.

*Withdraw from May 1st-May 15th a 50% refund will be issued.

*Withdrawal after May 15th will result in a forfeit of 100% of entry fee.
